Job Title: Registration Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Registration Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic organization and be part of creating memorable experiences for clients and their audience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in event registration, customer service, or a related field. They will be well-organized, meticulous, and have an eye for detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as the successful candidate will be working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Proven experience in event registration, customer service, or a related field (hospitality or hotel reservations experience is a plus)
  • Proficiency in using online registration platforms (e.g. event microsite, GevMe, Cvent, etc)
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing registrations, processing payments, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. They will also be required to work independently and as part of a team, with high initiative and adaptability.
