We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Registration Coordinator to join our organization.

This role will involve managing the registration process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

  • Coordinate and manage registration forms, data entry, and database management to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Interact with clients via various communication channels to provide information, answer inquiries, and resolve registration-related matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics and ensure successful event/program execution.
  • Process payments and manage financial records related to registration fees, refunds, and other transactions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and customer concerns in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Hospitality, Event Management) or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in registration management or customer service roles, preferably within the same industry.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
  • Show proficiency in using registration software/systems and databases.
