Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Officer to join our team at GRAND HYATT SINGAPORE. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our reservation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in the management of hotel reservations, including checking in and checking out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any related issues
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and hotel operations data

Requirements

• Minimum G.C.E. "O" level qualification
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management preferred
• At least 6 months of work experience in hotel operations
• Excellent customer relations, communication, and interpersonal skills
