About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team at the Singapore Institute of Management Group Limited.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong background in education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of services to our learners.
  • Performance Management: Collaborate with the Student Services team to achieve departmental outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development of systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all interactions with learners meet regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Diploma Holders: We require diploma holders in any field.
  • Work Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably in an education setting.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong understanding of frontline customer/call centre operations and excellent communication skills.
  • Languages: Bilingual with good command of spoken and written English.
  • Software Proficiency: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Teamwork: A team player who can work effectively with academic staff and administrative support personnel.
What You Need to Know

The estimated salary for this role is SGD $45,000 - $60,000 per annum.

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week.
