Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Payment Operations Regional Team. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to drive impact, inspire teams, and develop Wisers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) for success, setting objectives and key results (OKRs) based on high-impact areas, and driving the team towards delivering goals. Additionally, they will manage resources and skills, ensure a high-quality workflow, increase efficiency while maintaining team health, and drive operational excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership position with a track record of demonstrating strong leadership skills and building high-functioning teams.
  • Relevant experience leading operational and/or project teams.
  • A self-starter mentality, independent and able to navigate fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to set clear OKRs and KPIs, with a proven track record of moving metrics and driving team success.
  • A strong analytical mindset and ability to identify opportunities with high value-add to customers and the team.
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and ability to persuade others.
  • Comfort working in complex situations and taking charge when needed.
  • Passion for nurturing talent and developing team potential.
  • Curiosity and humility, with a willingness to learn and recognize areas for improvement.
