Job Title: Safety Leadership Specialist">Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and implement Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) initiatives across various sites in Singapore.
  • Develop, prepare, and implement safety policies and strategies to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure HSE plans remain relevant and on target, collaborating with site HSE leads.
  • Provide guidance during crisis or emergency response situations, improving and maintaining all aspects of Crisis & Emergency Response Plans and responses.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory safety, health, and environment requirements through updates, reviews, and audits.
  • Oversee and manage the HSE risk management process, conducting risk assessments and reviews.
  • Implement incident management & investigation processes.
  • Manage planned HSE audits and reviews.
  • Act as the sole point of contact for HSE-related government agencies and mutual aid companies.
Requirements:
  • At least 15 years of experience in safety, health, and environmental management, with at least 5 years in a management position.
  • Degree or equivalent certification in Engineering or Safety, Health, and Environment.
  • Preferably WSH Level C or above certification.
  • Experience in managing multiple sites.
  • Strong leadership skills.
