Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Treasury Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in structuring debt financing for private funds and corporate clients.

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned treasury professional to drive business growth through strategic financial planning and analysis. You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the origination, execution, and maintenance of debt portfolios;
  • Analyzing derivatives products to mitigate risks and optimize returns;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to oversee transactional flows for mergers & acquisitions, investments, and divestments;
  • Monitoring loan covenants and conducting stress test scenarios on the portfolio;
  • Providing insightful reporting to senior management and external stakeholders;
  • Participating in process improvements and ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Banking, or Business Administration from a recognized University;
  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience in corporate finance/treasury, private equity funds, preferably in the real estate industry;
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and equity/debt capital markets;
  • Basic knowledge of accounting treatment and strong attention to detail;
  • Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.

We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you have prior experience in a real estate fund and/or REIT environment within the treasury function, it will be an added advantage.
