Solutions Consulting Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to fill the position of Solutions Consultant.

This role involves acting as a functional expert on Finastra's Treasury Solutions and presenting their value proposition to clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong client focus, impeccable professional integrity, and at least 7 years of experience in treasury solution management.

They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with knowledge of regional Asian languages being an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Become a functional expert on Finastra's Treasury Solutions.
  • Present the value proposition to clients.
  • Emphasize leadership on core tasks and opportunities.
  • Create a Finastra solution quality-based competitive positioning value statement.
  • Establish credibility with clients.
  • Analyze client needs and position Finastra product modules appropriately.
  • Create solution design documentation.
  • Advise on business best practice and technology.
  • Mentor and advise throughout all phases of the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives throughout the sales campaign lifecycle.
  • Take a lead role on opportunity bid management.
Required Skills
  • Strong client focus and impeccable professional integrity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related discipline.
  • +7 years treasury solution experience.
  • Banking Market awareness with focus on Front office, Risk Management, and Back Office.
  • Been involved in the selection and implementation of a capital market solution within a financial institution is a distinct advantage.
  • Experience in financial service software consulting or pre-sales support.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products front-to-back workflow in particular Cash and Derivatives.
  • Good/strong knowledge of pricing, valuation, and risk management.
  • Fair knowledge of the risk management measures such as hedge sensitivity, Value at Risk, PFE.
  • Fair knowledge of the market and credit limits.
  • Fair knowledge of the banking analysis tool and measures - balance sheet management, Fund Transfer Pricing, Liquidity (analysis, ratio…), ALM.
  • Ideal candidates will have superior troubleshooting skills, excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Knowledge of regional Asian languages Mandarin/Cantonese will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Creative and able to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis.
