The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by analyzing and preparing foreign exchange and interest rate commentaries and technical analysis on global and regional currency markets.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to provide expert advice, strategies, and market analysis to meet the treasury needs of corporate clients.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with relationship managers to explore opportunities to cross-sell treasury products, such as interest rate instruments, FX products, and structured finance products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Market FX&MM, Interest Rate, OTC option, and Treasury Structured Products to corporate clients.
  2. Work closely with relationship managers to explore opportunities to cross-sell treasury products, such as interest rate instruments, FX products, and structured finance products.
  3. Understand the treasury and funding needs of corporate clients and propose solutions.
  4. Assist in covering duties of other Treasury Sales Team members when necessary.

Additionally, the successful candidate will:

Comply with anti-money laundering/counter terrorist financing requirements and sanction risks controls in accordance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

To excel in this role, the candidate must possess:

  • Education: Degree holder in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in treasury sales/trading/FX markets.
  • Professional Qualification: FMRP, RES 2B or RES 12B, RES 5, CM-SIP or CM-CMP.
  • Beyond these requirements, strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to build effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
