Business Development Opportunities Exist for a Seasoned Growth Expert
We seek an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead growth and expansion of our business platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating business development activities across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase revenue opportunities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance our business presence
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and viable growth streams
- Promote and sell our services to potential clients
- Collaborate with tender teams to manage proposal responses and develop new business materials
- Train and mentor subordinates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline
- At least 10 years of experience in business development
- Proven track record in design and implementation of business development strategies
- Able to travel as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of business processes and value propositions
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Organized and goal-oriented with a strong business acumen
