We are seeking a talented Regulatory Affairs Manager to join our Wise Platform Product team at WISE ASIA-PACIFIC PTE. LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for working alongside our Wise Platform Product team to support an expanding team of Product Managers, Engineers, Implementation Managers, Business Development, and Account Managers to help grow Wise Platform Partnerships in APAC. You will have a primary focus on helping Wise Platform identify and effectively manage regulatory and financial crime compliance risks across various existing and new markets and integrations globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing a deep understanding of regulatory needs in APAC and translating these into solutions that enable compliant product innovation and commercial viability with partners.
  • Enabling Product teams to adopt a risk-based approach in developing products, processes, and controls, and maintaining an enterprise-wide view of risks.
  • Escalating breaches and high-rated risks to Compliance Oversight and assisting Product Teams in developing and maintaining track of relevant risks across their product.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in regulatory and fincrime compliance with previous experience in a FinTech, financial institution, regulatory advisory, or product/program management function managing risk and compliance products.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret complex regulatory frameworks and apply them effectively.
  • Problem-solving attitude, with the ability to use regulation together with data to drive business decisions.
