**Regulatory Affairs Manager, SEA**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The Regulatory Affairs Manager is responsible for managing Environmental Science South East Asia (SEA) region registration. The main countries include Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore as well as providing support the registration process for Philippines, Taiwan and Hong Kong.

The role is accountable for overseeing the regulatory strategy for the registration portfolio, and leading the License to Operate by implementing compliant transparent sustainability and safety commitments.
- Responsible to define and implement the regulatory strategies for the SEA region and ensure regulatory inputs into the business strategy.
- Manage and oversee regulatory needs for SEA region and / or lead strategies of influence on the development of policies and regulations in relation to ES active ingredients and products.
- Supervise the planning and execution of projects to be submitted as SEA regulatory dossiers while staying within budgetary restraints of the Regulatory Affairs department.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- PhD, MSc, BSc in Chemical or Biological sciences / Agronomy.
- Comprehensive experience of regulatory affairs with over 5 years experience within the agrochemical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of business (including marketing, commercial operations and R&D) strategy and goals.
- Commercial awareness and ability to network and work successfully in a matrix & multi-functional environment. Ability to innovate to find regulatory solutions to address current and future business objectives.
- An effective/efficient organizer, planner and communicator with the ability to influence and motivate.
