Experience Governance Graduate

This role involves supporting compliance and strategy operations within a regional team. The candidate will be part of a cross-functional group, contributing to initiatives that shape the experience for millions of users and sellers worldwide.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. They must also be willing to learn and adapt in fast-paced environments, exhibiting excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Develop cross-functional agility and understanding to thrive in evolving markets.

  • Build new systems, processes, and policies in a fast-scaling business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support market policy research.
  • Contribute to gathering and summarizing e-commerce regulations, product compliance requirements, and industry trends.
  • Draft, localize, and organize content policy documents.
  • Assist in preparing internal guidance and training decks for cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor metrics and support deep-dive analysis to inform product listing policy improvements and enforcement strategies.

Requirements:

  • Final year student or recent graduate with less than 1 year of working experience.
  • Majoring in Business Administration, Public Policy, Political Science, International Relations, Law, Data Analytics, Economics, or related fields.
