As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front office.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate and efficient registration and departure procedures.
- Process cash and credit transactions, maintain accurate records, and perform shift closing duties.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Perform room checks, reservations, and public area checks to ensure the hotel's high standards are met.
- Minimum Secondary Education
- Minimum 3 years of hotel front office experience, with a strong background in customer service and cash handling.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluency in English, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and procedures.
