Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate and efficient registration and departure procedures.
  • Process cash and credit transactions, maintain accurate records, and perform shift closing duties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
