Job Overview:
Maintenance and Engineering Technicians are essential to the smooth operation of hotel facilities. They play a crucial role in ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems function properly, providing a comfortable environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Technicians are responsible for conducting regular inspections of M&E systems, fire systems, and kitchen equipment. This includes performing shift duties, responding to work requests, and attending to maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a Trade Certificate in Building or Electrical/Mechanical, have a minimum of 2 years' experience in hotel engineering, and be able to perform shift work.

Essential Skills:
The successful candidate will require strong technical skills, including maintenance, air conditioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, painting, interpersonal skills, hotels, maintenance & repair, electrical, piping, attention to detail, carpentry, mechanical engineering, and technical support.
