
Human Resource Development Coordinator

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in human resource management, working closely with our team to support day-to-day operations and participate in HR projects that contribute to the overall initiatives of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and preparing documents related to human resources.
- Take part in recruitment and selection processes, including posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and providing administrative support.
- Support the HR team in employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Research, plan, and coordinate staff welfare programs.
- Provide ad-hoc support to HR projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
- Willingsness to learn and take initiative in tasks.
- Able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 3 months.
