Job Summary

You will play a pivotal role in supporting research activities, particularly in the area of research collaborations. This position involves facilitating research partnerships through contract management and negotiation.

This role is crucial in driving research collaboration agreements with various stakeholders, including institutions, academic partners, and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the review, negotiation, and management of complex multi-party research collaboration agreements or project agreements.
  • Apply critical thinking when managing projects assigned.
  • Handle sophisticated research collaboration agreements.
  • Ensure compliance and risk management in contract development and execution.

You will also oversee and support special projects within the Office of Research, as well as draft or review ad-hoc research policies under its purview.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, preferably healthcare or science related fields.
  • 6 to 8 years' of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to understand grant application requirements, scientific and clinical terms, and medical jargon.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders of all levels.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
  • Proficient with use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
