Job Opportunity: Home-Based Infant Care Specialist

We are seeking a caring and experienced professional to provide high-quality care for infants in our program. As a Home-Based Infant Childminder, you will be responsible for creating a safe and stimulating environment that promotes the physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development of each infant under your supervision.

  • Provide attentive and nurturing care in a home-based setting, ensuring the safety and well-being of each infant.
  • Create a safe and engaging environment that encourages sensory exploration, language development, and motor skills.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper hygiene practices and safe sleep guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage infants in age-appropriate activities to promote their overall development.
  2. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's daily activities, feeding, and sleeping routines.
  3. Respond promptly to the needs of each infant, including feeding, diapering, and comforting as required.
Requirements:
  • Medically fit to care for 1 to 3 infants/children aged 2 months to 18 months.
  • Preferably with experience in caring for children.
  • Has a child-safe environment (e.g., window grilles or window limiters).
  • Minimum secondary school qualifications.
  • Infant care certification is highly preferred.
Working Arrangements:
  • Day Shift (Monday to Friday).
  • Work from home at your residence.
