Home-Based Childminder Opportunity

As a Home-Based Childminder, you will provide attentive, professional care for infants in a safe and nurturing environment. Our comprehensive training and certification program will equip you to create engaging sensory and developmental experiences that support each child's growth.

  • Provide one-on-one care for up to three infants in your residence, including feeding, diapering, napping, and facilitating age-appropriate activities.
  • Maintain a consistently clean, safe, and nurturing environment, adhering to all health, hygiene, and safety protocols as set by regulatory bodies.
  • Organize and implement engaging sensory and developmental experiences to support each child's growth and development.
  • Establish and maintain open, respectful communication with parents or guardians, providing regular updates on each child's well-being and progress.
Key Requirements
  • Successful completion of authority background check (mandatory).
  • Demonstrated responsibility, maturity, and commitment to excellence in caregiving.
  • A residential home in Singapore that meets standards for cleanliness, safety, and suitability for infant care.
  • Capacity to independently care for between one to three infants full-time.
