The Airbus Logistics Performance Manager role is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to drive performance improvement in the logistics function. With a strong background in supply chain and logistics, you will be responsible for managing the performance of warehouses in Singapore, Dubai, and China.

You will work closely with regional and global operations teams to develop and implement performance management governance, ensuring alignment with global standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as Logistics Performance Manager for the Warehouses in Singapore, Dubai, and China
  • Developing and implementing performance management governance in the regional Logistics organization
  • Supporting weekly and monthly performance reviews at regional and global levels
  • Analyzing data, running root cause analysis, and leading improvement initiatives with Warehouse teams and stakeholders to address KPI shortfalls
  • Deploying Lean Standards in the Logistics organization and fostering a continuous improvement mindset
  • Developing a Workforce Loader (WL) driver model for shopfloor population forecasting and deploying it globally
  • Leading Logistics Efficiency initiatives to improve productivity and supporting budget reviews aligned with company financial processes
  • Ensuring data availability through Business Intelligence (BI) tools to inform data-driven decision making
  • Leading Logistics Service Provider (LSP) performance management governance and contract compliance in close cooperation with Procurement
  • Managing global Risk and Opportunity Management across Satair's worldwide Warehouse sites and feeding the Satair Operations Risk and Opportunity Register

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also contribute to Logistics Transformation Projects, support regional Make or Buy decisions on Logistics activities, and participate in End-to-End Logistics process reviews to ensure operational excellence. To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A university degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in a supply chain and logistics environment
  • Strong knowledge of English, both orally and in writing
  • Familiarity with IT systems, process governance, and data analytics
  • Industrial and Lean understanding, combined with strong business acumen
  • Excellent data crunching, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge and experience in Business Intelligence, data analytics, data visualization, and automation
  • Project management capabilities
  • Effective relationship management across functions and with all stakeholders
  • Ability to work in an international context
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Flexible and proactive approach
  • Intercultural understanding and strong stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain a service-oriented mindset
