Leasing Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned leasing professional to join our team in Singapore. As a Leasing Strategist, you will play a crucial role in formulating and executing leasing strategies for properties within our retail portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute leasing strategies for properties within the retail portfolio.
  • Identify market trends and capitalize on opportunities to secure new tenancies.
  • Develop and implement plans to strengthen and refresh trade mix with new and exciting retail concepts.
  • Work closely with asset managers to achieve optimum mall occupancy/revenue.
  • Conduct market research to keep abreast of retail market and trend.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Estate Management, Building or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in similar capacity in the retail industry.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Possess good network of tenants and contacts.
  • Possess positive disposition and resourcefulness and a team player.
