Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Associate Director- Global Benefits Management, Health Solutions.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with strategic clients to strengthen partnerships and create opportunities for growth.
  • They will also manage multiple priorities and demands, providing active initiatives on demand and guiding others in resolving complex issues.
  • In addition, they will foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders and contribute to the success of the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • More than 8-10 years of related experience is required, depending on the job level requirement.
  • A proven track record of being a skilled customer-oriented person with a strong management mindset is essential.
  • Able to engage clients positively and build long-term relationships.
