Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Coordinator to oversee daily inventory operations in our warehouse.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in inventory management and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily inventory operations, including receiving products from suppliers and reconciling inventory levels.
  • Communicate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies and record production updates and stock quantities in the SAP system.
  • Track and reconcile flag forms, update resource usage, and follow up on closures and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Prepare regular reports, and coordinate with supervisors for resources allocation.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of inventory management experience.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic Excel skills required.
  • Familiarity with SAP advantageous.
