Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled reliability engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in semiconductor process and device physics, as well as knowledge of reliability failure mechanisms.

  • Develop and implement reliability test structures
  • Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with fab and technology development teams
Responsibilities:
  1. Reliability Test Structure Design: Develop and design reliability test structures to evaluate the performance of semiconductor devices
  2. Reliability Testing and Analysis: Conduct reliability testing and analysis to identify potential issues and recommend solutions
  3. Collaboration with Fab and Technology Development Teams: Work closely with fab and technology development teams to ensure that reliability requirements are met
  4. Qualification Plan Definition: Define qualification plans to ensure that products meet required standards
  5. Test Condition Determination: Determine test conditions to evaluate product performance
  6. Hardware and Software Design: Design hardware and software for special test requests
  7. Test Results Analysis: Analyze test results to identify trends and areas for improvement
  8. Recommendations for Improvement: Provide recommendations for improvement based on test results
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering: A degree in engineering is required, with a focus on electronics, materials science, or physics
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Semiconductor Reliability: Significant experience in semiconductor reliability is necessary
  • Fluency in English Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Team Player with Good People Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team environment is crucial
  • Good Technical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong technical and problem-solving skills are required
  • Able to Work Under Tight Project Timelines: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
