**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, maintainability, availability and safety of our trains.

The desired outcome is to support us in delivering safe and reliable train services for our commuters. As part of your job scope, you will be handling engineering issues related to train-borne systems of the trains serving various lines.

To handle the complex engineering issues, you will work in cross-functional teams within our organization and interact with staff from various disciplines. In the course of your work, you will also engage with external partners on a variety of engineering related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out train reliability and defect trend analysis, fault troubleshooting and investigation, engineering evaluation and implementation of engineering programs.
  • Review preventive and corrective maintenance performed by our Rolling Stock Staff. Participate in Daily Production Meeting.
  • Responsible for tracking our Rolling Stock Key Performance Index (KPI) and prepare management report.
  • Review and update our Rolling Stock (RS) Documents, which include Work Instructions, Quality Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, Risk Assessments.
  • Utilise Maintenance Management System(MMS) system for compiling asset/system performance trends and analysis, and perform MMS training to engineers and maintenance personnel.
  • Promote Kaizen and Safety Culture Within our Rolling Stock (RS) Department. Work with the maintenance teams on Kaizen projects to continuously improve work processes for enhanced Safety, Productivity and Services.
  • Perform miscellaneous engineering and administrative job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
