Lead Taekwondo Trainer Opportunity

Are you a highly skilled and motivated individual with a passion for martial arts instruction? We are seeking an experienced and qualified Lead Taekwondo Trainer to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for students of all ages and skill levels.
  • Train and mentor junior instructors to ensure high-quality teaching and student engagement.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the dojang, including scheduling classes, managing instructor schedules, and overseeing facilities maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Dan Kukkiwon / STF certification or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of coaching and developing students of all ages and skill levels.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students and staff.
Preferred Skills:
  • Coaching and instructional experience in Taekwondo.
  • Ability to create engaging and challenging lesson plans.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
