At Taekwondo Masters Academy, we specialise in Taekwondo classes catering to kids as young as 3-years-old, in both Poomsae (Pattern), and Kyorugi (Sparring) trainings. **Job Scope**
- Teaching : creating lesson plans, leading classes, demonstrating techniques, and providing instruction on grade-appropriate Poomsae and Kyorugi techniques
- Evaluating : providing feedback for children's improvement, and assessing children's progress.
- Encouraging : Fostering discipline and respect, and encouraging students to use techniques properly. Build a community with parents to promote children's growth.
- Organizing : Leading events like tournaments, workshops, and gradings
- Promoting : Promoting classes and lecturing to parents, companies, and the public
- Managing : Maintaining student records and inventory of uniforms, belts, and guards.
- Any other tasks that might be delegated by the Grandmaster.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3rd Dan Black Belt
- Experience in coaching children between 3-16years for at least 3 years
- Poomsae Coach certified
- Kyorugi Coach certified
- National/International referee certifications will be an added advantage
- First-Aid course certified (Singapore) will be an added advantage
- Willing to work weekends (with rest days on weekdays)
