Bunker Fuel Supply Chain Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bunker Fuel Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the supply chain of bunker fuel, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

  • This includes identifying prospective new customers and winning new business through market research.
  • Maintaining and improving the Bunker Trading Platform is also a key part of this role.
  • Daily liaison with existing third-party customers is essential to building strong relationships and driving growth.
  • Risk management activities, such as monitoring exposure and implementing profit-optimizing strategies, are critical components of this role.
  • The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, an interest in the shipping market, and strong negotiation skills.
  • Able to work autonomously as well as in a team, with a proactive mindset and commercially driven approach.
  • Familiarity with Korea culture and language is highly preferred due to the working environment and liaising with Korean suppliers.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with risk management software a plus.
