As the Senior Manager of Partnerships & Research in our AI Development Group, you will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction and execution of AI-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, institutes of higher learning, commercial vendors, and government agencies.
  2. Ensure all AI solutions align with industry standards, regulatory frameworks, and data privacy requirements.
  3. Stay at the forefront of AI advancements by researching and reporting on emerging technologies, techniques, and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in IT solution development or driving technological innovation in organisations.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML model lifecycle management, cybersecurity best practices, containerization, and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proficiency in systems engineering and systems thinking; design thinking is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex AI projects.
  • Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Passionate about solving complex problems and driving impactful AI solutions.
