Student Development Facilitator

This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in fostering student development and co-curricular learning at our esteemed institution. As a Student Development Facilitator, you will be responsible for actively engaging with student club leaders and members to cultivate ownership, social responsibility, inclusiveness, and accountability.
The ideal candidate will have a good degree from a recognized university and at least 5 years of work experience. Relevant experience working with students, particularly in the higher education sector, will be advantageous. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and database management systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing student organizations and their sub-clubs.
- Evaluating the relevance, inclusiveness, and effectiveness of activities and events.
- Coaching student leaders on program implementation.
- Facilitating collaboration among clubs and with other university offices and external partners.
- Promoting initiatives that enhance intercultural competence.
- Assessing potential risks associated with activities and providing advice.
- Overseeing resource allocation and utilization.
- Guiding students to organize and lead safe and meaningful overseas programs.
- Conducting feedback, collating statistics, and analyzing reports to evaluate effectiveness.
- Supporting the preparation of management reports.
As a successful applicant, you will possess effective communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. You should be an effective team player with excellent interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
