Student Care Facilitator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Student Care Facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a safe and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students
  • Maintain open communication with parents and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of students at all times
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum O Levels or equivalent qualification
  • At least 1 year experience in student care or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passionate about education and personal growth

Working Arrangements:

The successful candidate will be required to work on Mondays to Fridays, 12pm to 6pm, with flexibility to adjust hours as needed.
