Quality Assurance Specialist Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to play a pivotal role in ensuring our organization's Quality Management System (QMS) is compliant with industry and customer standards.
This position involves managing and maintaining the QMS to ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and IATF16949 standards. You will be responsible for providing regular updates on QMS status and performance to leadership, overseeing the Corrective Action Request (CAR) system, and planning and managing internal audits as well as third-party certification audits.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to join our team and drive quality improvements and ensure compliance within our organization.
- Manage and maintain the QMS to ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and IATF16949 standards.
- Provide regular updates on QMS status and performance to leadership.
- Oversee the Corrective Action Request (CAR) system to drive quality improvements and ensure compliance.
- Plan and manage internal audits as well as third-party certification audits.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, and IATF16949 standards and QMS practices.
