We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Operations Manager to join our team.
- Daily Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of a dormitory facility, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.
- House Rules and Regulations: Develop, implement, and enforce house rules and regulations, providing briefings to new staff members as needed.
- Liaison with Authorities: Establish and maintain relationships with government authorities, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and approvals.
- Team Supervision: Supervise security, maintenance, and cleaning teams, as well as vendors providing services to the dormitory.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of worker check-in/check-out movements, assisted by the Security Team.
- Data Provision: Provide records of movement data to authorities as required.
- Incident Reporting: Report rule violations and file incident reports in a timely manner.
- Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate records of workers' work-site and company information are maintained.
- Covid-19 Support: Implement medical support plans due to Covid-19 measures.
- Meal Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of meals from caterers.
Candidates should possess:
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Education: A diploma or higher in any field, with at least 3 years of related experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Availability: Ability to start immediately or within a short period.
