Division Head, Programmes

The Division Head of Programmes plays a pivotal role in driving organisational growth and development. This leadership position oversees the delivery of high-impact programmes that cater to the needs of youths and communities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies, strategies, and deliverables that align with the organisation's mission and strategy plans.
  • Programme Design: Lead a team to design and execute programmes that reflect the organisation's values and mission, ensuring relevance and efficiency in service delivery.
  • Fundraising: Establish and grow diverse funding sources to ensure financial sustainability of the Programmes Division.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with stakeholders across sectors to foster collaboration and partnerships.
  • Team Management: Develop and implement structures and processes to guide team execution and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
  • A recognised degree with 5-10 years of leadership experience in youth and community programmes.
  • Strong leadership skills, adaptability, and passion for youth development and community service.
  • Experience in fundraising, volunteer engagement, and community outreach.
