As a highly skilled Data Center Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for real-time monitoring and support of mission-critical data center infrastructure and network operations in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.

  • You will monitor and support UPS, HVAC, generators, and other critical infrastructure systems to ensure seamless operation.
  • Provide expert Tier I support for network and data center operations, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
  • Respond to and triage incoming calls, emails, and portal tickets efficiently, escalating as needed to maintain high service levels.
  • Utilize advanced analytical skills to detect and analyze alarms, perform fault isolation, and escalate incidents based on severity and impact using predefined protocols.
  • Develop and publish clear, concise incident, maintenance, and advisory notifications to stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with global teams, ensuring collaboration and resolution of complex issues.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of incidents and resolutions in near real-time, supporting continuous improvement and compliance.
  • Ensure service level agreement compliance and customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and effective communication.
