Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Senior / Guest Service Assistant to join our team at THE BARRACKS HOTEL SENTOSA. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests in the hotel lobby and reception area.
• Collaborate closely with the Assistant Manager to provide efficient and courteous services to guests, addressing their complaints, requests, and enquiries in a responsive and tactful manner.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of guests' arrivals, events, amenities, outlets, and general information to provide accurate and helpful assistance.
• Foster close communication with Concierge, Reception, Bell Counter, and Front Office Cashier regarding guest arrivals and departures to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Ensure efficient and courteous service in baggage and transport handling, as well as general enquiries.
• Approach additional tasks assigned by superiors with diligence and professionalism.

Requirements

• Minimum completion of PSLE or its equivalent.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
• Positive attitude with an outgoing personality and good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
