RMA Consultants is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Temporary Marketing Assistant Manager to support the Strategic Research Team. This role will provide marketing communications support across various digital platforms, ensuring consistency in visual identity and language.

Your Role:
The successful candidate will work closely with the Assistant Director of Marketing to develop and implement marketing strategies, create engaging content, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the research programme's goals and objectives
• Create high-quality marketing materials, including website content, emailers, feature stories, decks, and printed marketing collaterals
• Partner with different teams to deliver marketing communications support as needed
• Identify opportunities to increase engagement and touchpoints across the Strategic Research Team and beyond
• Assist in planning and coordinating events, sourcing vendors, and supporting administrative tasks as needed

Requirements & Experience:
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
• Minimum 1-3 years of marketing experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with copywriting and design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.

Benefits:
Singaporeans Only / Contract: 6 months + Option to extend for 5 months
