Job Description

The Rooted In Nature Programme Executive will spearhead the development of a programme that increases beneficiaries' exposure to nature and mindfulness through sensory activities and mindfulness exercises.

  • Develop and expand a programme, collaborating with social welfare organisations to make nature more accessible to underserved communities.
  • Curate engaging and impactful mindfulness in nature activities for various target audiences.
  • Establish collaborations with new partners and beneficiaries, and liaise with existing stakeholders for coordination and procurement.
  • Manage project budgets, oversee project management, and review feedback and reports.
  • Lead participants on mindful nature walks, administering feedback surveys and developing an impact assessment methodology.
Requirements
  • Degree in Psychology, Counselling, Psychotherapy or related field (or extensive mindfulness and nature therapy experience).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and concisely for a variety of audiences.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Detail oriented, flexible, and passionate about conservation and driving real impact.
