Job Title: Nature-Based Programme Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of mindfulness programmes in nature, with a focus on programme design, communication with stakeholders, and leading outdoor sessions.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and impact of our mindfulness initiatives, working collaboratively with a team to develop and implement effective programmes that promote nature connection and well-being.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute mindfulness programmes in nature, including designing activities and sessions, and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure programme success, including project management, feedback review, and reporting.
  • Manage logistics and resources for programme delivery, including vendor procurement and budget management.
  • Lead participants on mindful nature walks, conducting activity briefings, managing participants, and administering feedback surveys.
  • Develop an impact assessment methodology to track programme effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Education and Qualifications: Relevant degree in Psychology, Counselling, Psychotherapy, or related field (or extensive experience in mindfulness and nature therapy).
  • Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented and flexible, with ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of local biodiversity, environmental issues, and conservation practices.
  • Possession of a passion for driving real impact and making a difference in people's lives.
