NET Software Engineer Job Description">

We are looking for a highly skilled NET software engineer to contribute to the success of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all applications systems remain in good working order, providing timely support and assistance as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in IT development and exposure to end-to-end software development lifecycle. Additionally, they should have 4 years of experience using Microsoft .Net framework (ASP.NET), .Net Core framework, MVC and C#.NET or similar web development frameworks, and proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS and JQuery, JSON and XML.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure applications systems are functioning correctly
  • Provide support for new application systems when they become operational
  • Perform routine checks and escalate any anomalies to the Project Manager
  • Assist users with queries regarding operational systems
  • Interface with helpdesk agents, end-users, and external vendors during application support and problem resolution

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT development with exposure to end-to-end software development lifecycle
  • 4 years of experience in using Microsoft .Net framework (ASP.NET), .Net Core framework, MVC and C#.NET or similar web development frameworks
  • Proficient in front-end technologies: JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS and JQuery, JSON and XML
  • Experience with relational databases (MySQL, MS-SQL) and proficiency in writing optimized SQL queries/stored procedures
  • Experience in developing web / mobile applications using REST based web services and APIs
  • Working experience with AWS cloud computing (e.g. AWS S3, EC2, RDS, AWS SDK for .NET and AWS CLI, Lambda)
