Key Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will lead a team of developers to drive continuous UX enhancements informed by analytics, user feedback, and usability tests.
  • They will define and uphold quality standards for our applications, including startup time, crash-free sessions, responsiveness, and accessibility.
Vendor Management and Optimization
  • The manager will optimize vendor contracts, licensing, and infrastructure costs to achieve sustainable savings.
  • They will implement efficient resource planning and prioritization to minimize rework.
Product Roadmap and Deployment Strategy
  • The manager will develop and maintain a clear, prioritized product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • They will track deployment success and adoption, ensuring minimal downtime.
Compliance and Governance
  • The manager will ensure conformity with App Store/Play Store policies and relevant regulations.
  • They will embed privacy-by-design, secure coding, and permissions governance, and maintain audit trails and data protection agreements where needed.
Data Integration and Ownership
  • The manager will own and lead the integration with IT to migrate/stream BTGR data into the BTG data warehouse, ensuring data integrity for analytics/data mining.
  • They will implement validation checks, reconciliation routines, and monitoring to ensure accuracy and freshness.
  • The manager will ensure business rule changes and corrections are reflected promptly across environments and reports.
