Job Title

The Maintenance Supervisor role is a key position in the maintenance team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in maintenance, with a strong ability to work in confined spaces and non-air-conditioned environments. Experience in plant equipment maintenance is also required.

The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting training sessions, reviewing and updating maintenance processes, and ensuring compliance with all workplace safety rules. They will also coordinate with contractors to ensure high-quality work and adherence to regulations.

In addition to these duties, the Maintenance Supervisor will contribute to overhaul plan development, perform overhaul works, and maintain accurate records. They will also verify sensor functionality on cremators every three months.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting monthly and weekly preventive maintenance on cremation and filtration equipment
  • Troubleshooting and repairing defective equipment
  • Maintaining accurate plant history records
  • Coordinating with contractors to ensure work quality and compliance
Required Skills and Qualifications

A strong background in maintenance, preferably in plant equipment maintenance, is essential for this role. The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong understanding of workplace safety protocols.
