About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Operations Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, leadership qualities, and a strong background in construction operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  2. Maintain high standards of quality control and assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Lead and manage site teams to achieve project objectives and goals.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
  5. Evaluate and recommend improvements to processes and procedures.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction operations or a related field.
  • Certifications such as OSHA, WSHMSDS, etc.
