Job Title: Client Solutions APAC

At iCapital, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Client Solutions APAC. This role will be responsible for executing the business development strategy for the Asia Pacific region, with a focus on Wealth- and Asset Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients, working closely with the Head of Client Solutions Asia Pacific to execute the business development strategy.
  • Nurture strong relationships with clients and prospects, navigating complex negotiations through a multi-constituent sales process.
  • Take ownership of the professional and timely response to RFPs from Wealth- and Asset Managers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on Private Markets/Alternatives, articulating iCapital's solutions and capabilities to clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research and analysis, providing valuable insights to colleagues globally on the competitive landscape, investor appetite, and trends.
  • Build strong internal relationships within iCapital, collaborating with various teams to achieve the best client outcomes and successful long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
  • Solid academic credentials in a relevant field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the Asset- or Wealth Management industry, with a proven track record in developing and managing client relationships.
  • Adequate exposure to Private Equity and/or other Private Markets asset classes, with a strong understanding of the distribution model.
  • Entrepreneurial approach to managing projects, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly collaborative and able to think strategically about business opportunities and client management.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment, with a strong appetite for self-motivation and a hands-on attitude.
  • Fluency in English is required, with the ability to speak other Asian languages being a strong asset.
