Senior Jewellery Sales Professional

Job Summary:

A Senior Jewellery Sales Professional is required to provide exceptional customer service and sales support to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of jewellery products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operate daily store activities and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  2. Ensure accurate stock inventory levels to prevent loss or overstocking.
  3. Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.
  4. Respond promptly to client inquiries and feedback to provide effective solutions.
  5. Deliver exceptional customer service and support to meet client needs and expectations.
  6. Provide expert product advice and recommendations to clients based on their preferences and budget.
  7. Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
  8. Assist clients with repair requests and follow up on the process to ensure timely resolution.
  9. Perform daily opening and closing duties according to company SOP.
  10. Count cash and open/close safe boxes as required.
  11. Complete assigned tasks and paperwork, including filing and excel sales reports.
  12. Reconcile daily transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
