Sales Advisor - High-End Jewellery

**Job Description:
We are seeking a Sales Advisor with a passion for luxury jewellery to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within our high-end jewellery department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing personalized service and expert product knowledge.
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces that meet their needs and preferences.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the jewellery department.
- Stay informed about current jewellery trends, collections, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, including jewellery displays and inventory.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including compliance with security measures.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, and jewellery craftsmanship is desirable.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
