Healthcare Solutions Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the deployment of cutting-edge software solutions to healthcare providers.
The successful candidate will work together with other company functions in meeting customers' needs and driving business growth.
This is a key role within our organization, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities through cold calling and identifying potential clients.
- Devise sales strategies and techniques necessary to achieve sales targets.
- Achieve sales targets through effective planning and winning customers.
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and ensures our strong presence in the market.
- Build effective business relationships with doctors and healthcare partners.
- Proactively address concerns/objections as relayed by healthcare professionals.
- Able to develop a deep and thorough technical understanding of our product and promote it accordingly to stakeholders in clinics and hospitals.
- Understand client needs and requirements and provide solutions and services to close sales.
- Deploy the solution inclusive of overseeing user trainings and UAT.
- Organize group events, conferences, meetings etc for healthcare professionals to educate and promote our products.
- Work with product development and engineering teams to develop product marketing material and literature to support customer engagements.
- Communicate client needs and requirements and translate to documentation to aid product development and engineering teams.
- Aid in translating our commercial strategy for products and services into actionable tasks for product deployment.
- Develop online and offline marketing and communication materials (website, social media, etc).
- Sporadically involved in product UI/UX prototyping by conducting customer surveys and UAT.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Life/Biomedical Sciences.
- 3-5 years of prior experience, preferably in a commercial role within a healthcare or life sciences company.
