We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Manager to lead our ICT department at MyCareersFuture. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing, reviewing, and implementing effective IT policies, infrastructure, and operations protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain hybrid Cloud architecture to ensure seamless integration with our digitalization transformation initiatives.
  • Lead the ICT department and manage all IT-related projects and activities.
  • Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect our company data and information security.
  • Manage contracts with vendors and software licenses, and track IT assets/equipment.
  • Conduct regular IT audits and provide management reports on IT security.
  • Collaborate with the Business Continuity Planning (BCP) team to ensure Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) and Cyber Security Incident Response Plan are in place.
  • Manage annual budgets and review quarterly expenses to achieve value optimization.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff on IT and OT.
  • Support the digitalization project team in the ERP greenfield project from conceptual stage to planning to implementation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of IT internal/external project management experience, preferably with a degree in computer science/information science.
  • Experience in IT infrastructure design, hybrid Cloud architecture, and cybersecurity.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Meticulous with a keen eye for details.
