We are seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our team. As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to our business departments, as well as assisting with the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to business departments on various matters, including contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Assist with the development and implementation of company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, risk management, and human resources, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Conduct research and analysis to provide informed advice and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
- LLB or equivalent degree in law.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
