Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and passionate hospitality professional to join our dynamic team as a Front of House Service Associate. As the face of our restaurant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and take drink and food orders with a smile
  • Stay attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area, ensuring their experience is nothing short of exceptional
  • Deliver food from the kitchen to the guests in a timely manner
  • Ensure the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests
  • Follow health code standards with regards to the handling of food, maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation
  • Perform shift duties such as delivering supplies, rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables and removing debris
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Experience as a waiter/server in upscale restaurants
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
